As a starting point for planning, allow a clear space in front of the safe at least equal to its width. Actual door clearance and opening angle depend on the model, hinges and surrounding walls.

Complimentary standard delivery, arranged by appointment with a specialist carrier. Standard delivery is curbside, at street level. Your safe’s estimated lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed when you order.
In-room delivery, stairs, specialist handling and installation are quoted separately.
Made-to-order safes and special orders are excluded from our commercial 30-day return policy. Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable. Please see our return and refund policy for the applicable conditions and your statutory rights.
Your Mercier & Fils safe carries a 5-year warranty covering its structure, mechanisms and original electrical and electronic components against manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
Soft coverings, including leather, suede-like fabrics, Alcantara® and velvet, carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing or fitting defects.

This replaced a much cheaper safe I'd had for years. The drawers slide smoothly with zero wobble, feels very solid. Had to reschedule the delivery to a weekday since I wasn't around for the first attempt, easy enough to sort out. Took me a few tries to get the fingerprint registered properly but it's been flawless since. Glad I went with this one.

Been wanting something like this for a while to finally store the collection properly. The finish looks even better in person than in photos. Took a bit of coordinating since two guys were needed to carry it in, but they handled the stairs fine. Wish the backup PIN setup was explained more clearly in the box. No regrets so far.

Wasn't fully sold at first given the price but glad I pulled the trigger. Drawers slide beautifully and the fingerprint lock hasn't missed once. Delivery blokes turned up a bit earlier than expected which threw me off since I wasn't quite home yet, had to duck back early from work. Rock solid once it's bolted down though, no complaints.

Lo uso da qualche settimana e sono davvero soddisfatto. I cassetti scorrono senza il minimo gioco e la serratura biometrica funziona sempre al primo tentativo. Il corriere è arrivato con un giorno di ritardo rispetto alla finestra prevista ma nulla di grave, l'importante è che sia arrivato tutto intatto.

J'ai hésité longtemps sur le prix avant de commander. Les remontoirs à l'intérieur sont quasiment silencieux, je vérifie parfois qu'ils tournent bien. Le camion de livraison est passé un jour plus tôt que prévu, heureusement j'étais à la maison. Un peu plus cher que ce que je voulais mettre au départ mais ça vaut le coup. Content d'avoir choisi celui-ci.

Can you help me choose the right security level for my collection?
Your collection, your home and your insurer’s requirements guide your choice. For Régent™, select FORT™ for reinforced security, VAULT™ for Grade I or ELITE™ for Grade III from the available configurations.
Grades IV and V are available through private consultation. For other models, your advisor presents the protection specifications of your chosen safe.
Can I order the safe shown, or request a bespoke configuration?
Both. The displayed price applies to the configuration described on this product page. If it suits your requirements, you can order directly.
For a different security grade, finish or interior arrangement, your advisor prepares a tailored proposal specifying the configuration, dimensions, weight and price.
Can the interior be designed entirely around my collection?
Every interior is made to measure. A single row of watch winders above drawers for jewelry and accessories; several rows to accommodate a growing collection; or an interior devoted entirely to watch winding, without drawers—the composition reflects the way you collect.
Within your chosen Régent size and security grade, we tailor the proportions, module arrangement and finishes. The layout and capacity are agreed with you before production.
Can you help me meet my watch insurer’s requirements?
Share your insurer’s requirements with us. Your advisor helps identify suitable configurations and specifies the selected rating in your proposal.
This gives you the relevant product information to discuss with your insurer, who confirms acceptance and coverage under your policy.
How do you arrange delivery, including to homes in the United States?

Can I specify fire protection as part of my project?
Yes. Tell your advisor that fire protection is a priority so we can explore the options available for your selected configuration, alongside burglary resistance.
The applicable fire classification, test standard and duration should be specified for the chosen version. Your proposal lets you compare defined specifications, beyond a general “fire-resistant” description.
How are the winders powered, and what should I consider during a power outage?
The integrated watch winders operate on mains power, with settings adjusted individually for each watch.
If continuity during an outage matters to you, your advisor considers this need with your selected configuration. The winders’ power supply, the lock’s power supply and any suitable backup arrangement are separate elements to clarify before ordering.
What support and warranty can I expect after delivery?
Your Mercier & Fils advisor remains your point of contact for questions about your safe and its operation.
