Very pleased with this. Delivery arrived within the window given, driver called about half an hour beforehand which was a nice touch given how heavy it is. Interior fit and finish is excellent, no complaints whatsoever.
- GGregoryVerified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars9 months agoTRÈS BIEN
Il a remplacé un coffre bien plus basique que j'avais depuis des années. Les tiroirs coulissent sans le moindre jeu, ça fait très solide. J'ai dû reprogrammer la livraison en semaine car je n'étais pas là au premier passage. Content d'avoir choisi celui-ci.

Solid unit, does exactly what it says. Delivery was straightforward, driver rang ahead which I appreciated given the weight of the thing. Interior finish is proper nice, no complaints from me at all.

An advisor at your service
Each collection is unique. We are at your disposal to help you choose your safe.
The Mercier & Fils experience
Your project, considered in every detail.
Can you help me choose the right security level for my collection?
Your collection, your home and your insurer’s requirements guide your choice. For Régent™, select FORT™ for reinforced security, VAULT™ for Grade I or ELITE™ for Grade III from the available configurations.
Grades IV and V are available through private consultation. For other models, your advisor presents the protection specifications of your chosen safe.
Can I order the safe shown, or request a bespoke configuration?
Both. The displayed price applies to the configuration described on this product page. If it suits your requirements, you can order directly.
For a different security grade, finish or interior arrangement, your advisor prepares a tailored proposal specifying the configuration, dimensions, weight and price.
Can the interior be designed entirely around my collection?
Every interior is made to measure. A single row of watch winders above drawers for jewelry and accessories; several rows to accommodate a growing collection; or an interior devoted entirely to watch winding, without drawers—the composition reflects the way you collect.
Within your chosen Régent size and security grade, we tailor the proportions, module arrangement and finishes. The layout and capacity are agreed with you before production.
Can you help me meet my watch insurer’s requirements?
Share your insurer’s requirements with us. Your advisor helps identify suitable configurations and specifies the selected rating in your proposal.
This gives you the relevant product information to discuss with your insurer, who confirms acceptance and coverage under your policy.
How do you arrange delivery, including to homes in the United States?
Delivery options and rates are tailored to your safe’s weight, destination and access requirements. Available services are shown at checkout for eligible destinations. Specialist freight arrangements are quoted before ordering.
White-glove in-room delivery may be available at checkout for eligible configurations and destinations. For exceptionally heavy safes, island destinations or special access requirements, your advisor prepares a tailored proposal. Installation and anchoring are arranged separately.
Can I specify fire protection as part of my project?
Yes. Tell your advisor that fire protection is a priority so we can explore the options available for your selected configuration, alongside burglary resistance.
The applicable fire classification, test standard and duration should be specified for the chosen version. Your proposal lets you compare defined specifications, beyond a general “fire-resistant” description.
How are the winders powered, and what should I consider during a power outage?
The integrated watch winders operate on mains power, with settings adjusted individually for each watch.
If continuity during an outage matters to you, your advisor considers this need with your selected configuration. The winders’ power supply, the lock’s power supply and any suitable backup arrangement are separate elements to clarify before ordering.
What support and warranty can I expect after delivery?
Your Mercier & Fils advisor remains your point of contact for questions about your safe and its operation.
Your safe carries a five-year warranty covering the structure and original electrical and electronic components. Soft coverings, including leather, suede-like fabrics and Alcantara®, carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing or fitting defects.
